We are a garage. We do not sell lists of plates to marketers, and we do not run a customer “club” that tracks you around the web.
Bookings
What we collect to do the work
To schedule a ramp we need a name, a phone number, a plate, a rough description of the work, and whether the car can be driven. Mileage and a complaint go on the sheet when the car arrives. Email is optional unless you chose to write instead of call.
The contact form on this site does not transmit to our server. Anything you type there stays in the browser unless you copy it into a call or an email. Treat the form as a prompt, not a posting box.

The floating cookie card
The small card at the bottom right stores a single sessionStorage flag when you dismiss it, so the card does not return until you close the tab. That is the only cookie-like storage we set on purpose. We do not drop advertising pixels or analytics packs on these pages.
Fonts
Type is requested from Google Fonts (Archivo Black and Work Sans). That request is their log, not ours.
No account
There is no login, no profile, no saved card on rishonbay.pro.
On site
Cameras in a working bay
Like most workshops, we keep cameras on the shutter, the ramp, and the desk to deter theft of tools, cars, and catalytic converters. They are not a public webcam and they are not used to score your driving.
Footage is kept for a short security window, then overwritten, unless an incident needs a longer hold. Do not treat the pit as a private room.
How long
Job sheets after you collect
Invoices and job notes stay with the workshop so we can see what was fitted last time you came in. We keep them for as long as a garage reasonably needs for the work and for ordinary record-keeping, then we stop using them for new contact.
We do not publish your plate on this website. We may share details with a parts counter or a specialist only as needed to finish the job you asked for.

Ask, correct, or tell us to stop using a number
If a phone number or name on a card is wrong, say so at the desk or write to bay@rishonbay.pro. If you want us to stop using a number for reminders, say that clearly — we still need the plate on the sheet for work already done.
