Sunday–Thursday: 07:30–17:30. The last booking must still fit the job, not only the closing time.

Friday: 07:30–13:00. Oil and test-prep only unless we already have the parts in the bay.

Saturday: Closed. Email still arrives; we read it on Sunday.

What to bring, what to leave at home

Spare key if the car may stay past closing.
Last invoice or test paper if you have it — optional, useful.
Child seats you need the same afternoon; we are not a storage loft.
Loose valuables out of the cabin. We are not a cloakroom.
A note if the car only fails when hot, wet, or in gear.

Street

Parking and getting the car onto the ramp

Herzl is a working street. Do not block the shutter, the pit boards, or a car we are reversing. If we are mid-lift, wait on the pavement side we indicate. Low splitters: tell us before you nose in.

Tow-ins need a slot. A flatbed that arrives unannounced sits in the way of the job already booked. Call from the truck if the plan changed.

After you write

We confirm with a time, not a vibe

A slot is a clock time and a job type. If parts are missing, we will say “wait” instead of “drop it anyway”. Saturday remains closed. Privacy of the form notes is described on the privacy page.
